In 2025, the Colorado Climate Workforce Analysis & Plan assessed the current climate workforce and forecasts the future employment demands. Learn about climate projects across the state and how to engage students in this sector. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share feedback with the state on a new resource being created for K12.
