Dr. Nathan Bullock has over 20 years of experience in online, adult, professional, non-traditional, and graduate education. He currently serves as Associate Director of Prison Programs for the Colorado Department of Corrections. In this role, Nathan champions the delivery of impactful, structured institutional programming designed to improve operational outcomes. Drawing on a strong foundation in workforce development and systems leadership, he manages program compliance, fiscal resources, and innovative curricula to foster secure, rehabilitative environments across the division. Prior to this, Nathan served as Executive Director for UCCS Online at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Before joining UCCS, he held administrative posts at Southeast Missouri State University, Delaware Valley University, Rutgers University, the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY), Columbia University, and Dallas Baptist University. Nathan holds a Doctor of Education in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami, a Master of Public Administration from the Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs, a Master of Arts from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams Baptist University. He has served as a member of the UPCEA Council of Chief Online Learning Officers (C-COLO), a Vice Chair at Large for the UPCEA Online Administration Network and an Executive Board Member for the Continuing Education Association of New York and the National Association of Branch Campus Administrators.
