Climate Workforce Development Manager Megan works to align workforce priorities in clean energy sectors across the state in a shared role with the Colorado Workforce Development Council and the Colorado Energy Office.Previous to joining the CWDC and the CEO, Megan worked in career and talent development in higher education, most recently at Minerva University, Watson Institute, and working within her own independent training design consultancy. Throughout her career, the thread that connects everything has been bridging education and training efforts to aligned career pathways and supporting students and young professionals on their journeys to find meaningful work. Her educational background is in political science.
