REGISTRATION TIPS: Please read all of this information BEFORE beginning.
STEP 1
Signup or Login (if you haven't already) before reserving a ticket. Attendees are required to create a login--guests are not. If you, as the buyer, are NOT attending, please do not create a login. You will purchase tickets as a GUEST BUYER, then assign the ticket to the actual person who is attending the conference. Failing to do this will become an issue with several elements of registration (name tag, dietary meal tickets, and emergency contact information).
STEP 2
When finished reading these tips, click on the black "Reserve Tickets" button.
STEP 3
Payment--Payment will be requested once ticket selections are made. Options are:
1) Pay by Invoice-An electronic invoice is generated and emailed. Payment is then made by credit/debit card or ACH. Paper checks cannot be accepted through the STRIPE system.
2)Pay Now-Credit/debit card information is entered and charged immediately. Payment receipt is emailed.
CACTE is NOT able to process POs.(Click "yes" when prompted to continue without a PO number.)
If you are paying from 25/26 Perkins funds for registration only, the credit/debit card payment or ACH date must be on or before 6/30/26.
STEP 4
Complete the registration form questions (about 3-5 minutes), including contact information, dietary restrictions, and emergency contact. PLEASE ENTER ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND ACCURATELY, especially names, job titles, and workplaces, AS NAME BADGES WILL BE PRINTED DIRECTLY FROM THE REG SYSTEM!! There is a 50-character/space limit for job titles!
REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE WHEN PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED WITH AN EMAILED RECEIPT.
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS
CACTE does NOT issue refunds for the CareerTech Summit; instead, you can substitute another person to use your registration if you are unable to attend. Please notify [email protected] by July 8 of any substitutions that need to be made.
Multiple Ticket Purchasing or Purchasing when NOT attending (pertains to all attendees & exhibitors)

You will need the following information to register and complete the SHARE ticket step:
- Quantities of each Ticket Category
- ATTENDEES' First and Last Name
- ATENDEES' Email address (information will be sent periodically from April-July--check emails regularly)
- Specific Ticket Category to assign and share with each attendee

Tickets
Membership with ACTE and CACTE must be CURRENT. Must provide valid member ID number on registration form, which will be verified by CACTE staff.
Current member and need to renew annual dues. Member ID will be verified and if expired, additional registration fees for the correct registration rate will be charged.
CBAM division members only. This includes renewal of ACTE and CACTE dues plus CBAM division which is $45.
Registration rate for non ACTE and CACTE association members. This rate is for the conference only and does not include any pre or post sessions.
Rate includes ADDING ACTE and CACTE + one division dues (except CBAM), and conference registration.
Rate includes ACTE and CACTE dues plus CBAM rate of $45 and conference registration.
Attendee must be a current member of ACTE and CACTE, must not be employed by an educational institution to qualify for this rate.
This rate is for the pre-conference workshop for CTE in Colorado Secondary Credentialing, hosted by the CCCS CTE Team. This rate includes LUNCH and all workshop training. Registrants must ALSO register and pay for the full conference (separate ticket).
Rate is valid ONLY for Tuesday, July 21. This rate includes conference sessions, beverage and snack service and meals where noted on conference schedule.
Rate is valid ONLY for Wednesday, July 22. This rate includes conference sessions, beverage and snack service and meals where noted on conference schedule.
Rate is valid ONLY for Thursday, July 23. This rate includes conference sessions, beverage and snack service and meals where noted on conference schedule.
There is no cost to be a speaker for the conference. This ticket is for anyone who is attending for the specific speaking session or sessions. This does not include any food or beverage service, as this is for the paid attendee.
